Chloe Thach
Research Assistant
Chloe is a Master of Public Health (MPH) student in Environmental Health Sciences at the University of Michigan's School of Public Health (Class of 2026). Her work with RESPIRAR focuses on analyzing Maryland Department of Labor Inspections of H-2A farmworker housing.
Chloe's work with RESPIRAR aligns with her interests in the built environment's impacts on community health and policy action for healthy environments of vulnerable communities. Her research values include interdisciplinary collaboration, community-centered science, and collecting evidence for actionable interventions.
Before pursuing her MPH, Chloe interned with county health departments in environmental health and emergency preparedness divisions. Her previous research experience is in the disciplines of behavioral neuroscience, epigenetics, and environmental health equity.
